Refund policy

  1. Carob World does not accept returns of any products from customers.

  2. If any non-conformities are identified, the damaged product will be replaced.

  3. The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day after the Customer receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Carob World of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter sent by post, by email, or by using the model withdrawal form – Annex 1), addressed to: EN 125, Sítio do Rio Seco, 8005-528 Faro, Portugal.
